Download the app

Search "RootStall" on the App Store, or visit rootstall.com/download. Create your account with email or Apple Sign In.

Apply to open your booth

Tap "Become a Vendor" and submit your application. Selling on RootStall is currently free — no subscription, no transaction fees. Once you're approved, your digital storefront is open.

Tip: Vendor approval typically takes 1–2 business days. We'll notify you in the app when you're cleared to start listing.

Set up your profile

Add your farm or business name, a profile photo, your location, and a short bio. This is what customers see when they find you.

Tip: Use a real photo — farms, products, or you at the market. Profiles with photos get 3x more views than those without.

Add your first products

Tap the + button to create listings. Add a photo, name, price, description, and category. You can add unlimited products — no cap.

Tip: Start with your 3-5 best sellers. Good product photos make a huge difference — natural light, clean background, close-up.

Set your pickup/delivery details

Let customers know how they'll get their order — pickup at your location, at the market, or delivery. You set the terms.

You're live. Share your booth.

Your storefront is now visible to every buyer on RootStall. Share your vendor page on Instagram, at the market, or with your regulars. Orders will come in through the app with push notifications.

Tip: Tell your existing customers about it. Your regulars are your first online customers — they already trust you.
